The Business Outreach Center has a variety of programs available (and under development) for those seeking a general or specialized business education without the requirement to formally enroll in a degree program.
The UNLV College of Business employs over 90 full time faculty members in accounting, economics, finance, management, marketing, and information systems. It is the only business school in southern Nevada accredited by AACSB International - the oldest and largest accrediting body for business schools.
Now seeking registrations for the fall Business Essentials program.
The UNLV College of Business will begin summer classes for its Business Essentials program on September 26. Registrations close on Sept. 19. Leading to an Executive Certificate in Business Administration, the program has been specially developed for business people without the time or preparation for a traditional degree program.
05 February 2009 Business Essentials program becomes more flexible. Students can now enroll in individual two-day modules for $999 per module. Completing all four modules will earn you an Executive Certificate in Business Administration from UNLV.

Business Essentials Graduates Its Second Class The second class from the Business Essentials program received their certificates from Dean Paul Jarley and Vice Provost Richard Lee in a ceremony on December 10.
