Executive Certificates

An Executive Certificate is an open-enrollment, non-degree program authorized by the UNLV Division for Educational Outreach. While UNLV's Continuing Education unit has offered certificate programs in the past, the Executive Certificates offered by the College of Business represent a significant departure from past efforts.

1. Faculty involvement

All instructors teaching on our executive certificate programs are full-time faculty members in the College of Business. All of our full-time faculty hold the highest qualifications in their fields of expertise and are actively involved in creating and monitoring the latest developments. In most cases, these are the same instructors that are teaching our MBA and Executive MBA students. The Executive Certificate programs thus enable you to unlock the knowledge that was previously only available to those enrolling in graduate degrees.

2. Fast & Flexible

Talk to almost anyone in business today and the number one complaint is time (or lack thereof). No exams, no assignments, no pre-reading. All of your required materials are available at the start of each module and you will receive a set of recommended readings at the end of each module.

The modules making up the program will be offered continuously throughout the year so if you miss a class or two due to work or family commitments you can get back on track later on. While our certificates can be completed in as little as four months, students have up to two years to complete the required courses to earn their executive certificates.

3. All Inclusive

Your tuition covers everything in your program, including instruction by leading professors from the UNLV College of Business, books and materials, catering, and parking at the UNLV campus.
